Shipping & Refunds Policy

At L&L Co. Wonder Box, our goal is to deliver joy — straight to you and your pets. We want your experience to feel easy, fun, and stress-free. Here’s how we handle shipping and refunds in a clear, friendly way.

Processing Time

We work hard to get your goodies out the door! Most orders ship within 3–5 business days or less, video orders may take longer. If we experience high order volume (like holidays or special promos), shipping may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the carrier. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your box’s journey. Delivery times vary based on the carrier, but most packages arrive within the carrier’s estimated window.

Double-Check Your Address

To help your box arrive safely, please make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t replace packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided during ordering.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package seems delayed or is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building/office front desk.

  • Contact the carrier directly — they often have more detailed delivery info.

If you still need help, reach out to us. We’ll do what we can to assist.

Refund & Return Policy

We put a lot of love into creating each mystery box. Because they include specially curated surprises, all sales are final. That said, your happiness matters to us — and we always want to make things right.

If something isn’t right, please contact us.

We will happily help if:

  • Your box or items arrive damaged

  • You receive the wrong box

  • Something in your order is missing

Just email us within 7 days of delivery at LLcoWonderBox@gmail.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short message about what happened

We’ll take care of it from there — no hassle.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
