FAQ for Mystery Gift Boxes

We want ordering your mystery box to be fun and stress-free. Below are answers to the questions we hear most. We truly love what we do. Every box is packed with care to make pets and pet lovers happy. ​

How many items do I get in one scoop?

Each scoop typically includes 16–19 items, and we often sneak in extra freebies because we love to overdeliver. Every box also includes a FREE emergency pet alert sticker so first responders know a pet lives in your home.

​​Are your products quality?

Absolutely. We’re lifelong pet lovers with our own packs, and we rescue, foster, and volunteer. Every item is hand-selected, tested, shared, or used by our own dogs. We only include things we’d be excited to receive ourselves — and our customer reviews on the homepage say it all! 

What is the difference between a regular item and a premium item? 

We carry about 40 unique items, a mix of regular and premium. Premium items are simply higher-value extras, but everything in our boxes meets our quality standards. You can see exactly what counts as premium in our Lucky Dog Wheel listing.

I placed an order—what happens next?

First… we smile! Then we get right to work! We usually start scooping and packing within 24 hours (sometimes up to 3 days during busy times). Once your box ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey.

How long will it take you to post my video?

If you added a TikTok packing video in your order, we typically post your video within 3-4 days of your order— and always before your box arrives, so you can watch the magic happen.

How much is shipping and how long will it take for me to get my order? 

Orders over $85 receive free shipping! Otherwise shipping is just $7.99 for anywhere in the US or Puerto Rico. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by carrier, but most arrive within 3-5 days.

Do you sell my email address or other information? 

Never. Your info stays with us. We may send occasional emails about new products or specials — and you can unsubscribe anytime.

What is your refund and return policy? 

Because every mystery box is custom scooped and thoughtfully packed, all sales are final. That said — your happiness truly matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right, email us. We’ll always do our best to make it right. Check out our Shipping and Refunds page for more information. 

How can I cancel my order? 

If you need to update or cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been packed we’ll do our best to help.
